Nancy believes real estate is a challenging career that provides a great deal of satisfaction. For nearly twenty-five years she has been helping people invest in real estate whether on a personal level or a business level.  Thanks to her corporate background in accounting, Nancy places a substantial emphasis on systems and strategies. This has helped her build a strong customer/client loyalty which in turn has led to a solid referral base as well as name recognition. Through-out her career she has acquired numerous designations that only attribute to her vast knowledge of the different facets of the industry. She attributes her success to doing what she loves to do which is educating the consumer. She dove into her Community in efforts to make the realization of home ownership a reality to some while putting others on the correct path to their dreams of becoming homeowners.

Nancy has served as the Long Island Board of Realtors as the Queens Vice President for the past three years and now currently serves as their 2018 LIBOR Treasurer as is on the Executive Board of Directors. She also serves as a Board of Director for the New York State Association of Realtors & the National Association of Realtors. She actively serves on committees such as the Professional Standards Committee as well as various others on the local, state & the national level.

Nancy Mosca has also joined the ranks of an elite group of individuals by acquiring her NYS Certification as a Real Estate Instructor where she will continue her efforts in teaching others while sharing her seeds to success, relationship building and customer service strategies. In 2009 she launched a new entity named Within Your Reach Consulting Services. A company that would teach, train, coach & mentor professionals from various industries, various back grounds, on how to take their business to the next level. This has resulted in exponential growth in not only their professional lives but their personal lives as well. She brilliantly develops personalized training programs for Corporations, Partnerships, Groups, Teams, Investors & Individuals based on their needs.

Nancy has chosen to keep her skills current by remaining an active Associate Broker at Keller Williams Greater Nassau in Garden City practicing Real Estate in all of Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island & Manhattan. In her spare time, Nancy takes pleasure in getting involved in community events as well as spending quality time with her three adult children and three grandchildren.
